Job Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee service orders/workflow
• Courteous and prompt service for customers while striving to maintain our 5 star customer experiences
• Taking care of miscellaneous customer concerns regarding vehicle repairs or warranty items
• Follow through on warranty claims
• Manage and distribute workflow for technicians
• Ability to manage time/workflow efficiently
• Maintain a professional working environment
